2 Types Of Men Wanting To Learn How To Attract Women And What To Do In Order to Learn How

By Teddy Shabba There are two types of guys when it comes to men who do NOT know how to attract women. The first guy is fresh behind the ears and doesn’t even pretend to know that he knows anything about women. Whatever book he picks up he absorbs the information like a sponge and actually goes out and does it. All he needs is for whatever he tries to work a little bit and he is well on his way to learning how to attract women using whatever method he has now bought into. The second guy is a seasoned pro he pretends to know something about attracting women because he may have had a few women in his life that he attracted and perhaps even one that he liked maybe even a lot. Whatever book he picks up he questions, evaluates, and perhaps can not even imagine going out and trying. He is this way mainly because he can not throw out his old system of attracting women which is flawed, because it worked for him even if it didn’t get him anywhere close to what he actually wanted. As long as compares the old system with the new theory the old system is going to win. He has a history with the old system all be it a bad one but until a system comes along that is parallel to his old one and works better he will have a hard time even giving the new theory a try. If you find yourself relating and being more like the first guy consider yourself lucky, since all you need to start attracting women is a good book on How to Attract Women in order to learn how to attract women. However, if you find yourself being more like the second guy it is going to take a lot of hard work and butting head against your belief system about attracting women in order to attract women or you can go get some professional help which will greatly improve your learning time. Either way it is your choice. Teddy Shabba is a Dating Coach for Men and creator of Dating Advice and Tips for Men which provides an abundance of information for men on dating and more. Write Wedding Vows That Sound Natural

By Amy Lee Johnson It takes time and patience to write wedding vows. The best vows are those that reflect the writers sincerity, and have a freshness of thought. The worst are those that use sample copy. They are invariably dull, trite and clichd. Your wedding vows should represent your personality, your aims and goals in life. This can only happen if you spend some time debating on what points to include in your wedding vows. Some of the obvious ones are: What is it that you love most about your partner? How did you fall in love? How will you add value to your partners life? How will you make your marriage different? What are your common goals and dreams? What makes your love unique? These are not easy questions to answer. The task becomes even more difficult when you consider turning these answers into a wedding vow. It is quite possible that your first draft may sound very stale and dead. Dont be disheartened. Try again. This time you can record your thoughts by speaking into a tape recorder. You will find that your thoughts flow much faster when you are talking, and that your sentences sound more natural. They are not curbed by syntax but run merrily like a mountain stream. This is what your wedding vows should be like: natural and independent, not bound by past constructions and stale advice. You can even consider calling your best friend to hear what you are going to say. Such an exercise always helps to remove or modify pompous and unwanted sentences. It is equally important to read your vows in front of a mirror. You will find that there are certain sentence constructions which are quite cumbersome. These must be modified so that there are no unnatural breaks or pauses when you make your wedding vows. There is one more hurdle that you have to cross before your wedding vows are ready for delivery. They need to be shown to the officiant, and his permission obtained. It is possible that the officiant may not like some sentences and you may have to modify them. Do that long before your wedding day. This will leave you enough time to be ready with your vows on the big day. Amy Lee Johnson regularly contributes to Wedding-Vows-4u.com a site dedicated to helping you with information about everything wedding related. We feature article directories on many topics such as Wedding Vows and Wedding Gowns to help you get the information you need check them out! Loans - Improve Your Chances for Approval

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Michael_Russell]Michael Russell If you are in need of a business or real estate loan, there are steps you can take that greatly improve your chance of success. The first and most obvious is to make sure your credit rating or FICO score is as high as possible. When you apply for a business or real estate loan, the lender will “pull your credit report” to see if you are credit worthy. Did you know that every time someone “pulls’ your report it causes your credit rating to go down? If you have a credit score of 680 at the start, you may find it goes down to 650 after you allow several credit reports to be pulled. It’s important to realize that you have control over this. No one can pull your credit report unless they have your permission. This puts you in control. When you first meet with the loan officer, instruct him not to pull your credit report until you are ready. Tell him that you want to discuss the entire deal with him before you give him permission to pull your credit report. Most loan officers will agree to this. The reason you want to do this is two-fold. First, you want to show the loan officer that you are the kind of person who takes control of the situation instead of someone who is controlled by outside factors. Never forget the human element when applying for a loan. If you make a good impression on the lender you have a better chance of being approved for the loan. Lay out the entire deal for the loan officer. Ask him if he believes that you have a good chance of being approved for the loan by the loan committee. Show him that you respect his opinion. Once he has reviewed all the information he should be able to determine whether or not you qualify for the loan. If his answer is positive, then you can give him permission to pull your credit report. Another reason for taking this approach is that by waiting for a tentative yes or no answer from the loan officer, you avoid the possibility that your FICO score will drop because of “too many inquiries” on your credit report. Taking this “wait and see” approach allows you to project a professional image that will command respect by the person reviewing your loan application and it will protect your credit rating. This leads us to another step you can take to help insure your success, be knowledgeable. Make sure you do all necessary research before meeting with the Loan officer. When you come to the meeting looking prepared, you will give the appearance of being a professional. This will increase your credibility with the Loan officer. Also, never be too anxious when applying for a loan. Lenders will suspect problems if you come in saying “time is of an essence”. It’s much better to project a “laid back” attitude. Remember, the Loan officer’s job is to determine your ability to pay off the loan back according to the agreed upon terms. You CAN get the loan you need, but it’s important that you keep your FICO score as high as possible and that you present the image of someone who is professional and capable. How To “Lock In” Your Customers For Life

By Aubrey Richardson Wouldnt you like to keep all your customers coming back to you, for the life of your business? Of course you would! There are numerous ideas for maintaining and keeping your customer a happy camper but undoubtedly the top three would have to be concerning matters of price, service and delivery! Aside from those three, once you gain a customers loyalty and have them returning to you for more products and services, what else might keep them locked in to your business. I suggest to you, offer to personalize their item(s). Thats right, make it unique in a way that promotes them to their audience and shows recognition. A great way to do this is to place their logo or signature, on the items they are receiving from your company. Its been reported that once you have a customers logo on file, it makes matters a lot simpler for them to return to you for their next order. As long as you a doing a good job on the top three issues, its common sense for them to keep coming back to you for their future purchases. Its been said a zillion times, A picture paints a thousand words! You know, most people buy a magazine and review the pictures first and then read the captions. Weve all heard the clich Never judge a book by its cover but weve all been guilty of it at one time or another. Our eyes are naturally drawn to the image thats on the paper, card, television, computer screen or any other medium for showing illustrations. So, picture this (pun intended), you are an Awards & Engraving company and you offer Laser Engraving on a walnut plaque with a nice black brass finish. Your customer wants to offer their customer, a recognition plaque. Showing appreciation for their outstanding contribution to the organizations fundraiser program. (Remember, you want to lock in their business and have them wanting to return to you, time and time again). Ask them for their logo! They may already have one or you may need to facilitate creating them a special design, all their own. If you need help in this area youll find numerous aids online right at your fingertips. A great source to search for most any logo or design is LogoFax once you register as a member (which is free), you can search for any image by typing in a keyword of your choice. Example: United Way, once you enter in the words and click search, several renditions of logos matching your keyword entry will appear on screen for your viewing. Make your selection and proceed to download the image for use with your product line. Think about it! If you were the recipient of an award or the presenter of the award, wouldnt you have a higher perceived value if it were trademarked with a certain insignia? Sure you would, even if it were subliminal your subconscious mind would tell you its a special item and cause you to want to show it off. Now that you have their logo on file its much easier for them to email or phone you with their next order. Youve virtually locked in their future business! They know you already have their digital image ready to go, making it unnecessary for them to shop around with any of your competitors. After all, if youre supplying them with great service, good delivery at a competitive price. They have every reason to return to you and get that special touch, personalizing their items! Global Banking

By Greg Lipke Everyone needs a bank account. Company or person you can’t avoid it. The days of dealing in cash from out of your mattress are long gone. The banks have us by the …… well, you know. We just have to make the best of things. All we can do as a consumer is use the opportunities that competition provides for us to shop around for the best deal we can. It’s the same for everything. We live in a global world and whether you like globalisation or not, guess what? We’re stuck with it. So use it to your advantage. This is what the wealthy do as part of their luxury lifestyle, but you don’t need to be rich to take advantage of these opportunities. Not anymore. Every country is competing for your trade, residency and tax dollars. Even the tax havens want you and your money to fill their coffers from sales taxes or to employ their locals. Every business entity that trades with the public wants you as a consumer no matter where you are from. Banks are no different. When you are looking for a bank account don’t limit your search to your local country. Think globally. You will often find a better package of bank services and a more favourable regulatory environment offshore. Many countries in the world care about your privacy. Many don’t. Why the difference? Here is the logic. Large countries with large populations can rob their citizens with impunity. They have the control because they know most of their citizens won’t ever vote with their feet and leave. They preach nationalism and patriotism which are noble sentiments for a citizen to have, but it’s a bit rich when governments use these noble emotions in their citizens as a weapon. They keep you where you are, then they tax the crap out of you. To tax you effectively they rob you of your privacy to make sure you don’t escape the shake down. Small countries with small, relatively poor populations can’t get away with this strategy. There aren’t enough people in the country to tax in order to bring in the money they need. They have no choice but to attract people from other countries to bring money in. So, how can they do that? Abolish taxation. Where would you rather live and do business, somewhere that taxes you to within an inch of poverty or somwhere that doesn’t? Strong privacy legislation is another tool these countries use. If they don’t tax you, they don’t need to know the intimate details of what you are doing financially every second. This does not mean that tax havens are criminal paradises however. Some used to be but now they all have comprehensive “know your customer” legislation that is usually tougher than the ones in non tax haven countries. They want to know the intimate details of who you are and where your money comes from BEFORE they will do business with you. If you’re clean they will welcome you, get out of your way and not pry as long as you remain clean. They will protect your privacy with very tough privacy legislation unless some police agency can prove to them before the tax haven’s courts that you are up to no good. If you are abusing their hospitality they will lift your privacy and order your bank to co operate fully with the foreign police. Now, I think that’s fair enough. That protects legitimate people and companies without protecting criminals and terrorists. That is the way it should be. As a result of these tax havens taking the lead in being fair financial jurisdictions they have attracted all the world’s best banks and insurance companies to their shores. Not to mention most of the world’s biggest companies. The tax havens then make their money through the collection of annual registration fees from the companies and ships registered in their countries and from sales taxes from the people who live and visit there. Financial services and tourism are the life blood of these countries. Smaller countries have smaller beaurocracies as well so getting things done is less frustrating in most instances. Now, I don’t know about you, but I’m no criminal. So I’m going to do business and live where I’m treated fairly and respected by the government. The other very good reason to bank in tax havens is the way the banks are allowed to operate. In some “first world countries” banks are restricted to banking only. In most tax havens the banks can offer a full range of financial services including investing. You can organise a cost effective package of services with competitive fee structures and strong privacy. The best countries for banking are: Europe Andorra Austria Isle of Man Liechtenstein Luxembourg Switzerland Pacific The Cook Islands Western Samoa Caribbean and Central America Antigua Barbados Belize Commonwealth of Dominica Dominican Republic Panama St Kitts & Nevis Some are more expensive than others. All have the world’s top and most respected banking organizations represented there. These are the places the wealthy bank in as part of their luxury lifestyle. Teak Bench - Put Some Spring into your Decor

By Jennifer Akre More often than not, people forget that adding a teak bench to their outdoor area can add life to what otherwise seems to be lifeless area of the yard. Teak benches can add style, personality and a little bit of whom you are to the outside area of your home. They hold up against the elements of nature and potentially give you memories to last a lifetime, as they can last a lifetime as well. Placing the perfect teak bench in your garden can give you the ideal location to admire the hard work you put into such a wonderful portion of your yard. After all of the hours you put into your garden, why would you want to admire it from afar? Especially when something like a teak bench can be among the best places for you to admire it from. Many people are misconstrued into thinking that that a bench can only be in one design. In this day and age that is far from the truth. If you desire a park bench style teak bench, a high back teak bench, a low back teak bench, with or without arms, virtually any design that you can think up, you can find in a teak bench. If you know that what you want to add to your seating area is a bench, but you are not quite sure on the style that will go best with your existing design, you can rest assured that you can find a unique and perfect design to accent your area exactly the way you had envisioned it, if not better. A teak bench can bring the exact feel that is lacking in your entertaining area, underneath your favorite shady tree, or on the front porch. The hardest part of buying a teak bench is usually finding only one and only one area for a bench. Beware, these well crafted furnishings can be addicting, not only because of the comfort factor but also because of the look they give to the areas that they are placed. As all teak furniture and accents, teak benches are also made to withstand the elements of weather. Most teak furniture including the teak benches, will last for many years to come. Teak wood is among the best available on the market today. Teak wood has been used for numerous years in many different things, such as boats. The wood is treated and made to last. So, although teak benches may seem a bit out of your price range, when you take into consideration the amount of money you can potentially save over the years, you are actually saving money. In comparison to the usual store brand outdoor furniture, when you add up the costs of replacing them at least every other year or so you can comparably save three to four times the amount when you spend a small amount of money in the beginning. The saying is absolutely true; you get what you pay for. 5 Low Cost Ways to Soothe the Sting of Sunburn

By Angela Perin Each of us most likely has at least one memory of nasty sunburn. Whether experienced personally, or by a close family member or friend, the symptoms are likely to include anything from red hot skin either tender or painful to touch, to nausea, dehydration, blistering and flaking or peeling of the skin. As anyone who has experienced bad sunburn will verify, the amount of time spent causing the sunburn, is largely disproportionate to the length of time that can be spent suffering the consequences of its effects. In this respect, and depending on the severity of burning, — pain and discomfort can persist for several days after the event, as the body works to heal and recover from the unprotected UV exposure. Unless the symptoms are severe, (in which instance you may need to consider medical treatment), here are 5 simple home remedies that will cost you next to nothing, and which will assist in soothing the sting and pain of sunburn: 1. Cool baths: - Soaking in a cool * bath is one of the best ways to draw heat from the skin and soothe the pain and discomfort of sunburn. (Avoid cold as this can cause the body to go into shock.) Here are some additional things to add to your baths for further relief: a. Add 10 drops of so of essential oil (chamomile or lavender) to the bath. Soak for 15 minutes or until relief is felt. b. Adding baking soda (or oatmeal) to a lukewarm bath can also relieve sunburn pain. For this treatment to work best, try to make sure that all affected areas are submerged. Bath water can be poured over your body using your hands or a soft washcloth. Burned facial areas can be gently dabbed using the cloth, or alternately you can splash water directly onto your face. After soaking, lightly pat the skin dry with a soft towel (preferably cotton). If youve take an oatmeal bath, let the light coating of oatmeal that clings to your skin remain. c. Adding vinegar to the bath water will help in taking the sting out of sunburn. 2. Rubbing alcohol: - Because it evaporates so quickly, dabbing on rubbing alcohol will quickly cool and ease the pain of sunburned skin. 3. Vinegar: - Vinegar is an effective and cooling treatment for sunburn. Soak towels with it, and apply to the burned areas. Alternately you can fill a spray bottle and spray it directly on the skin as needed. 4. Egg Whites: - If your burn is painfully hot, separating the white from the yolk of an egg, and then spreading the white over the affected area will help to cool the burning instantly. This can be repeated as often as needed. 5. Potatoes: - Potatoes can also be used to relieve the pain of sunburn. Take 2 potatoes and wash them well. Cut them into tiny chunks and place in a blender to liquefy. (If the result appears too dry, add some water). Pat the affected areas with potato juice. Wait until dry, and then rinse off in a cool shower or bath. Remember that as well as causing varying degrees of discomfort and pain, repeated sun exposure and sunburn also accelerates the aging process and can increase the risk of cataracts and skin cancer. Prevention therefore should also always be considered more preferable than treatment! DISCLAIMER: These are home remedy tips only, and should not replace your regular health care provider. If in doubt at any time in relation to your sunburn, please seek the appropriate health care assistance. Fat Loss Workouts for a Busy Gym

By Craig Ballantyne Gyms are busy. Too busy. And it is always busiest when you settle in for your fat loss workout with its awesome fat-blasting supersets. I know it drives you nuts when you are trying to pair lunges and presses while someone is taking up valuable workout space chatting or doing some pointless fluff exercise. Why can’t they just get out of your way and let you finish your super effective TT workout? Crowded gyms are such a big problem that I designed the following TT workout that helps you perform my trademark “noncompeting” supersets - the most effective way to lift for fat loss - without letting anyone get in your way. This new version of TT lets you get it done right, even in a busy gym. The secret to this workout is the pairing of two exercises that can be done at the same bench and often with the same weights. So you won’t lose your spot between exercises. Camp out in your little area, work hard, and you’ll get lean and lose fat faster than ever. NOTE: This workout originally ran in Men’s Fitness magazine, but I’ve actually improved the workout just for you! Workout Guidelines Workout 3 days per week alternating between workouts A & B. Rest 1 day between sessions. In week 1, you will follow an A, B, A schedule. In week 2, a B, A, B schedule. In week 3, an A, B, A schedule, and in week 4, a B, A, B schedule. Each pair of exercises constitutes a “Superset”. In each Superset, do one set of the first exercise followed immediately by the next (1A & 1B) and then repeat. Rest 1 minute after completing the exercises in the Superset (i.e. after 1A & 1B). Repeat each Superset until you’ve completed a total of three sets of each exercise in the pair, then move on to the next pair. Use a 2-0-1 lifting tempo for all exercises (except for any holding exercises like the plank). Take 2 seconds to lower the weight, pause briefly, and then take 1 second to lift the weight. Finish each workout with stretching for the tight muscle groups only. For full exercise descriptions and photos, see the Turbulence Training manual. Warm-up If you are limited by time, reduce the number of sets in the workout, but always perform the full warm-up. Never skip a warm-up. o Perform this circuit 2x’s using a 2-0-1 tempo: - 10 reps of bodyweight squats or step-ups - 20 seconds for the plank - 8 reps of kneeling pushups or regular pushups - 10 reps of inverted bodyweight rowing exercise or band pull - Perform 2 warm-up sets for each exercise in the first Superset. - 1 set of 8 reps with 50% of the weight you will use in your “real” sets. - 1 set of 8 reps with 75% of the weight you will use in your “real” sets. Turbulence Training Interval Training Guidelines Research has shown that interval training is very effective for fat loss. It is recommended that the stationary cycle be used for interval training because it allows for an easy transition between work and recovery. Finish each interval workout with stretching for the tight muscle groups only. Beginner Interval Workout: Warm-up for 5-minutes. Perform an interval by exercising for 30 seconds at a hard pace (at a subjective 7/10 level of intensity) - i.e. fast walking. Follow that with “active rest” for 90 seconds by exercising at a slow pace (at a subjective 3/10 level of intensity) - i.e. slow walking. Repeat for 3-6 interval repetitions. Finish with 5-10 minutes of moderate intensity exercise for a cool-down at a 4/10 level of intensity. Advanced Interval Workout Warm-up for 5-10 minutes. Perform an interval by exercising for 30 seconds at a very hard pace (at a subjective 9/10 level of intensity). Follow that with “active rest” for 60 seconds by exercising at a slow pace (at a subjective 3/10 level of intensity). Repeat for 3-6 interval repetitions. Finish with 5-10 minutes of moderate intensity exercise for a cool-down at a 4/10 level of intensity. Workout A 1A) Wide-stance Squat (8 reps) - Set your feet 4-6 inches wider than shoulder width, your toes pointed forward. - This superset works best if performed in a squat rack that also has a chin-up bar. 1B) Chin-ups (6 reps) - If this is too hard, perform a Reverse-grip Lat Pulldown. - Rest 1 minute and then go back to Squats. - Do this Superset 3 times and then move on to the next Superset. 2A) Barbell Step-ups (8 reps per leg) - Use a step that’s high enough so that your knee is bent 90 degrees. - If you have to use DB’s for the step-ups, take an extra 30 seconds rest when going from the step-ups to the rows. 2B) DB or Barbell Row (8 reps) - Keep your lower back naturally arched. - Rest 1 minute and then go back to Step-ups. - Do this Superset 3 times and then move on to the next Superset. 3A) Side Plank (5 reps per side) - Contract and brace your abs for 10 seconds per repetition while keeping your body in a straight line. 3B) Stability Ball Jackknife (12 reps) - Rest 30 seconds and then go back to Side Plank. - Do this Superset 3 times and then go to the Intervals. Workout B 1A) Low-Incline DB Chest Press (8 reps) - Set the incline to one notch above the flat-bench position. 1B) DB or Barbell Romanian Deadlift (8 reps) - Keep your lower back naturally arched for the entire movement. - Rest 1 minute and then go back to 1A. - Do this Superset 3 times and then move on to the next Superset. 2A) DB Close-grip Chest Press (8 reps) - Push the dumbbells straight up, not together. 2B) DB Rear-deltoid Lateral Raise (8 reps) - Keep a tight arch in lower back and lean forward as far as possible. - Perform this exercise extra slowly so that you don’t use momentum. - Rest 1 minute and then go back to 2A. - Do this Superset 3 times and then move on to the next Superset. 3A) Elevated Push-up (12 reps per side) - Place one hand on a 4-inch step or box and lower your body as far as possible. 3B) Stability Ball Rollout (15 reps) - Keep your body in a straight line at all times–don’t allow your back to round or bend backward. Dieting Evidence of the West’s Muddled Thinking

By Malcolm Evans The sheer scale of confusion over obesity and dieting in the West has been brought home by four major announcements within the space of just a few days. Whilst this particular battleground is the UK, the overall shape of the war is almost exactly the same in every country from mid-Europe to North America, not forgetting Australasia. It’s been a little slow cranking-up in the UK this New Year - it’s probably because 2006 was a period of even more intense hysteria than usual and hence the expected frantic outpouring has been a little muted (You would have expected every D-class celebrity to have been declaring publicly by now “2007 will really be the year when I finally crack my weight issues.”) But it all began to fall back neatly into place towards the end of January, this year at the big issue, macro-level… ….4 separate news stories, 4 major themes - and a depressing stew they make, too: Government cluelessness; overweight ghettoisation; lifelong dieting imprisonment; a shifting blame game. It has been revealed that the much-vaunted governmental crusade against childhood obesity has floundered, three whole years after its fanfare announcement, diffused ineffectively across no fewer than 26 bodies or groupings. The civil servants and politicians still vacillate over whether primarily to hound food producers, or to reach out to kids through educating parents, or whether to take the kids themselves directly in hand with new dietary and lifestyle regimes. We are said to be on the verge of that increasingly popular standby of government-by-theatrics - when it comes to the nasty stage of actually applying sustained critical thought and decisive, sustained action, yeah, why don’t we appoint a super hero instead. The latest calls are for “a high profile figure to champion the battle against obesity”. Heaven forbid that our underpants-over-tights Calories Crusader should deflect his intergalactic flight for a few quiet moments to reflect on what this “battle” may actually be all about! The second news piece concerns the results of a joint study by researchers from the European Commission and the University of Padua. It concludes that there is a European-wide earnings differential that favours the non-overweight. Whether poverty begets overweight, or overweight blocks opportunity (or it is a combination), one clear interpretation is that fat bears the stigma of personal failure. (And personal failure erodes self-esteem and low esteem erodes self-image and low image is a passport into personal resignation to junk eating and overweight. Hey presto, it’s a vicious circle - perhaps Super-Lo Calorieman (or woman) can straighten it out with his or her bare hands!) The third piece comprises the findings of a survey by The Laughing Cow cheese firm. While not overlooking obvious possible biases within the survey field and the respondents, the figures make familiar reading: average UK women are said to spend about 31 years of their lives dieting, whilst one in five is permanently “on a diet”. So, dieting is epidemic and semi-permanent for the majority, overweight is divisive on a grand societal level - and our political leaders are faffing about utterly ineffectually. The fourth subject is the revelation that some local social services departments are beginning to place children who are long-term obese on the at risk registers, which are usually reserved to flag up potential risks from such things as domestic violence, sexual abuse, or neglect. This places the locus of blame for childhood obesity firmly with the parents. There has been precious little informed public debate on this issue, or the more general consensus of where to seek societal change in the interests of more harmonious eating patterns. The political Left tends to blame big food business, whilst the Right puts it down to failure of personal control (and blithely ignores influencing factors such as wealth and knowledge in its arguments over choice.) Big questions - and perhaps requiring too gentle a touch to let our superhero loose on. Nothing’s changed except the final digit on the calendar. Malcolm Evans is the founder and the Secretary of The Weight Foundation. The charity researches long-term dieting and seeks to develop strategies for lasting and natural weight-control. The Hardcore Dieting Index is a vital tool to help expand the research and all input is very welcome.
